The Homebody
For the homebody, there truly is no place like home. The way a homebody sees it, they pay the mortgage (or rent), so they might as well enjoy their time spent at home and make it as comfortable as possible.
If you prefer to spend your free time at home, you want nothing more than to ensure your favorite place to spend your time is exactly as you like it, from temperature to ambiance to decor. Doorbell Camera Pro. Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you want to go to the door when the doorbell rings. Whether you’re binging your favorite TV show, getting the kids ready for school, or you just don’t feel like seeing anyone, the Doorbell Camera Pro makes it easy. You can answer the door right from your phone or smart home hub without having to open the door.
Smart lighting. If you’ve ever gone room-to-room turning off lights before bed or after the kids have left for school, you’ll love smart lighting. Turn lights on or off right from your phone with the Vivint app. You can even create room groups, like “downstairs lights” or “bedrooms,” allowing you to manage your lighting no matter where you are.

The Vivint App is the Never Homebody’s most-used app. It lets you manage your entire home from one single app. From viewing your security camera feeds in real time to turning lights on and off to getting notifications when something happens, the Vivint App makes it both possible and easy.
Security cameras. When you’re rarely home, security cameras not only make your home safer, but they also let you check in and see what exactly is happening. The Doorbell Camera Pro, for example, notifies you when someone comes to the door and lets you answer the door right from your phone. The Outdoor Camera Pro lets you check in on your home while you’re away, so you can see if someone (or something) comes onto your property.
Smart thermostat. With a smart thermostat, the Never Homebody doesn’t have to worry about heating or cooling an empty home. Smart thermostats use GPS and motion sensors to determine whether or not anyone is home, then adjusts the temperature accordingly to save you energy and money.
Smart lighting is a valuable security feature for the Never Homebody. In addition to being able to control your lighting remotely, program different rooms to turn on at different times, or set them to motion sensors, you can also create random lighting patterns to make it look like someone is home.
Smart plugs are handy gadgets that turn just about any device that plugs into the wall into a smart device. Vivint’s smart lock lets you lock or unlock your door right from your phone.
