Unexpected events such as death, bankruptcy, transitioning to an assisted living home, and other extenuating circumstances may qualify for your case to be reviewed by our Exceptions Review Team. Vivint also has policies to help customers who are moving or those with active duty military responsibilities.

Cancellation of Vivint service may require a fee as well as equipment return if the equipment is not fully owned by the customer.
