What reporting is available?

What does the Dealer payment structure look like?
Dealer payments run on a consistent schedule so you know what funds you’ll receive and when:
- Dealers are paid weekly.
- Smart home sales are paid the Friday after installation.
What is required to get started as a dealer?
In addition to basic information about your business, getting started as a Vivint dealer requires the following documentation: W-9, banking information, Certificate of Insurance, and any applicable licenses.
How long does it take to get onboarded?
If all required documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner, your business can be up and running within 48 hours. After the initial setup, it takes less than 24 hours to onboard your reps.
Do we need permits/licenses?
Yes. You'll need to submit all applicable business licenses your state requires. In the states which you operate it is also you and your teams responsibility to ensure all applicable state, city, and county licenses are procured.
What kind of training is available?
