I am very happy with the system. The staff was supper friendly and they did an awesome job. I highly recommend Vivint. Thank You to Vivint Manager Megan and the Technicians (Ryan) My apologies, i don't remember the other gentlemen's name who helped installed the system. They all were great.

Pleasant sales people and technicians
Pleasant sales people. Pleasant and efficent installers. Pleased with their work, except for the hole drilled through our exterior wall. A second hole was drilled near floor, that was acceptable. They had difficulty with exterior siding.

The installation of the equipment was done quickly. The equipment seems to be working with the these exceptions: Glass-break detector (No glass-breaking incidents) Panic Pendant (No instructions on its use or range) Firefighter alarm (No fire or CO incidents to test) Chime Extender (Was never shown the equipment. No instructions given.)
