My wife and i recently purchased Vivint…
My wife and i recently purchased Vivint cameras for our home. When I would be doing yard work in my yard i would come across dog poop. I wasn't sure who dog it was .So i decided to set up the camera where it would capture this event. Today i was looking at the events on my cell and actually captured the person walking his dog and the person walking in my yard and letting his pet use my lawn for a bathroom as well as walking on my lawn like he lived there. Iam looking foward to speaking with him this evening when I get home and showing him the footage to see what he has to say. So hopefully this will not happen again.

We regained our peace of mind once the…
We regained our peace of mind once the security system was installed and after going through the testings of the cameras and alarms with Francisco, our installer. However, after 3 days the backyard camera went off-line. I reboot the system, waited and didn’t correct the problem.I Had to call Vivint support for and instructed me to unplug and replug the power that goes to the backyard camera, a manual effort that needs someone presence to correct the problem. It worked, back to normalcy with security system. The question is why did it happen so early from the installation date? What if we are out of town and no one can physically unplug and plug the power? No security coverage then. On Oct. 6 the driveway camera went off-line and have to do the unplug and plug routine to reset the driveway camera.
