What made my experience "great" was a few things. The installer "Joe" was very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was done neatly and in a very organized manner. The installer had respect for our home and space. The installer explained after he finished how we would be using the doorbell and the themostat. He had a very pleasant attitude and showed he cared about his job and what how he. made the customer feel the company wanted us to be well serviced. After drilling into wall to install thermostat all the stuff from wall was on my floor and in front of my house on the yard he lft a empty box.
