What is Smart Comfort?
Smart Comfort is a feature of your Vivint system that automatically adjusts your home’s temperature based on your preferences and home occupancy to help conserve energy. It uses your Vivint thermostat, sensors, and intelligent automation to keep you comfortable while reducing unnecessary heating and cooling, helping lower your energy bills.
During times of high electricity demand, Smart Comfort may also make small, temporary adjustments to your thermostat to help conserve energy, support your community's power grid, and, in some cases, coordinate with your local utility or electric provider. You're always in control and can override any Smart Comfort adjustment at any time.
What is the Vivint app and how do I use it?
The Vivint app allows you to manage your entire Vivint smart home system from anywhere. Just download the app on your mobile device and follow the setup instructions. Once everything is connected, you’ll have complete control of your smart home in the palm of your hand.

The representative explained the…
The representative explained the details except for the breakdown of the payment for each equipment. We were just told that it is to be paid (equipment) within 60 months and the monitoring fee is separate. As for the techs that installed the equipment, they were good except that they left dirt on the floor and I have to clean it. They also were not wearing shoe covers and were walking on my cream colored rug with their shoes.
