ENERGY SAVINGS DISCLAIMER

Estimated energy savings are based on a year-long, real-world independent study of 50,000 Vivint customers across five climate zones in the U.S. who enabled their Vivint Smart Comfort system. Estimated energy savings are calculated against a baseline condition in which users set thermostats, for heating and cooling, at a constant year-round 72°F temperature, which is within the average comfort zone according to ASHRAE and DOE. This calculation is intended to permit customers to compare Vivint Smart Comfort system energy savings with those of other manufacturers calculated using a 72°F temperature hold. Energy savings are an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual individual savings depend upon many factors, including climate and seasonal changes, home size, occupancy and appliances, and will likely be less.
