Customer service has been amazing!! Of course we all know once you search for security solutions you start getting the calls… don’t hesitate to go with Vivent!! You can finance your equipment… which they do quickly and automatically!! The coolest thing was… the financing company sent me the ACTUAL CREDIT CARD… so I can add more equipment, or options later. But, you can also see how fast you can pay off that equipment. Most people are assuming they are getting rich off financing your equipment. That’s just not true. You have a lot of high quality equipment, backed by professionals who quickly communicate with you when you have ANY kind of problem!! I love the system, but I love the technology and ease of the app… it’s the whole package..Literally!!!
