PROVO, Utah (April 10, 2019) – Vivint Smart Home, a leading smart home company, today announced its certification as a great workplace from the independent analysts at Great Place to Work®. The company earned this distinction as a high-trust, high-performance workplace culture based on exemplary rankings from an anonymous employee survey.

According to the anonymous employee survey, 84 percent of Vivint employees think Vivint is a great place to work. Employees overwhelmingly feel that people are treated fairly regardless of race (96 percent), age (91 percent) and sexual orientation (96 percent). Vivint was also a certified Great Place to Work company in 2017.
