We regained our peace of mind once the…
We regained our peace of mind once the security system was installed and after going through the testings of the cameras and alarms with Francisco, our installer. However, after 3 days the backyard camera went off-line. I reboot the system, waited and didn’t correct the problem.I Had to call Vivint support for and instructed me to unplug and replug the power that goes to the backyard camera, a manual effort that needs someone presence to correct the problem. It worked, back to normalcy with security system. The question is why did it happen so early from the installation date? What if we are out of town and no one can physically unplug and plug the power? No security coverage then. On Oct. 6 the driveway camera went off-line and have to do the unplug and plug routine to reset the driveway camera.

The installers were very nice and courteous. All of the products were not installed on the same day. We are still waiting for a doorknob keypad. There have been some issues with our electrical with a dead outlet after thier install. The actual products, cameras, huds etc are excellent. I feel the price paid was reasonable.

The installers were great! This was part of an entire program offered through Sunrun. So far everything has been amazingly great. The roofers were fast efficient and courteous, the Vivint installers were better than I could have hoped for and today the Sunrun guys are really on it. Kind, hardworking and prompt. The Vivint service has been working really well. The interface is easily understandable. They took plenty of time to explain everything. I am very, very happy.

Things need to be worked on.
It wasn’t great . But it was very nice. We weren’t happy with installation be cause. We had a few issues and it took to have installed way too long . And now another problem with issues like payment issues. Now I got a text saying that my payment was past due . When we paid the installment. Because it had to be done to get started. So don’t know how it could be past due . Just tried to call to ask about the payment . And all got was sails trying to have me get something I already have and wouldn’t let me talk with someone about my account. So yes your company could use some work on things. Sorry to say .
