After 9.5 years and a rate increase of more than 200% , not to mention old antiquated equipment, my sign on with Vivint is like a breath of fresh air. Use of equipment is so simple and any personnel I've delt with have been a kind experience. Thank you 😊
Things need to be worked on.
It wasn’t great . But it was very nice. We weren’t happy with installation be cause. We had a few issues and it took to have installed way too long . And now another problem with issues like payment issues. Now I got a text saying that my payment was past due . When we paid the installment. Because it had to be done to get started. So don’t know how it could be past due . Just tried to call to ask about the payment . And all got was sails trying to have me get something I already have and wouldn’t let me talk with someone about my account. So yes your company could use some work on things. Sorry to say .

Overall good
Salesman was nice, not too pushy. Technicians were also good too, however, they did leave wire clippings, and staples all over the place when they removed old equipment and installed new equipment. Kind of frustrating when you’re walking barefoot in your house and you step on a staple.

So far, my experience with Vivint has been good. The installation process went smoothly, and the system has been easy to use. The cameras and app have worked well, and I like the features and overall convenience.
I’ve only had the system for a couple of days, so it’s still early to give a full review. The only downside so far is that it’s a little pricey, but overall I’m satisfied with my experience and look forward to seeing how it performs over time.

As a growing family, we heavily rely on security. The previous system we used, not Vivint, was outdated and slow to respond. We just had the best experience with…
We just had the best experience with having our alarm system installed by Vivint. We had our last company for 5 years and they were going to charge us to come out and check our system out for us. We thought this was outrageous since we had NEVER had anyone look at in 5 years. The day Vivint was to install our system, we received a call from the tech, Tyson, saying he would be at our home within 30 minutes, which he was. Another tech, Francisco, joined Tyson to help the install go quicker. They were like the Dynamic Dual! They got the new system installed, the old on removed and placed all in one spot, and showed my wife and I had to use the new system. As a Disabled Veteran with a Brain Injury, i appreciated how they worked with me and took their time doing it. They were both Extremely Professional and Courteous. When they left, they had all the packing materials and trash picked up and we could not even tell they were here. Great job Tyson & Francisco! You represent Vivint like we would expect! Thank you

Amazing experience
Installation was amazing! It went by pretty fast. Everything was explained and all of my questions were answered. During the walk through of where the place certain sensors it was explained why it would make sense to be placed in those spots. I was made to feel included in the whole process. The tech made sure that I understood how to operate the touch pad while walking me through it. It is very easy to use and the camera is so clear. So far I am happy with the service and would recommend Vivint to others!

For the most part this system is good
For the most part this system is good. Just I’ve noticed some time skips on important instances for example I see someone leave the house from the doorbell but I don’t see them drive off and leave in their truck that’s right on camera view. And that’s from the driveway cam so not feeling all that safe.

Brendan, who came to our house to install the Vivint security system, was excellent. Throughout the installation, he gave us probably the best customer service we've ever experienced at our home. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He was also able to connect us with sales to review our financing options - we ended up purchasing the equipment outright rather than financing it, but he was very helpful in getting us all of the information we needed to make that decision.
