I love my cameras, but one of them has stopped working and when I reached out, they said a tech would be notified. That was two days ago so I still have a camera that’s down.

The first installation was rushed and there were some issues that were present. Our sales rep was contacted and the problem was resolved in a timely manner.

I really like the product and service

I really like the product and service. I do wish I knew that I didn't have to get 4 cameras and I could just get two on the outside; I would have only got two and saved money. I don't need the two on the sides of the house. I feel like that was a waste of money for sure. I only found out because our neighbors only got two- we were sold it like it was a package that you had to get. But we like the panel, the phone app, the cameras, etc.

The service technician, Kerry, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of everything promptly and helped me understand how to use the system with clear, easy-to-follow explanations. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise.
