I'll be honest, I was always looking to invest in home security but didn't know where to start. Vivint sales Representative Jared was in the right place, right time. I had just arrived home and while showing others in the neighborhood all day on one of the hottest days, he made it to my house. Besides being able to show all the most standout features that caught my eyes during his presentation. Jared was able to assemble the Vivint team to my house in what seemed like no time and by 9 p.m. my alarm was activated by my wife.

Where’s the tech?
I love my cameras, but one of them has stopped working and when I reached out, they said a tech would be notified. That was two days ago so I still have a camera that’s down.

The first installation was rushed and there were some issues that were present. Our sales rep was contacted and the problem was resolved in a timely manner.

Well first Stephen was excellent. He was kind. He was very informative. He showed me what he was doing how he was doing it what was going on !….He is an excellent installer and I hope if I have any issues in the future that I’ll be dealing with him and only him because he was great!

I really like the product and service
I really like the product and service. I do wish I knew that I didn't have to get 4 cameras and I could just get two on the outside; I would have only got two and saved money. I don't need the two on the sides of the house. I feel like that was a waste of money for sure. I only found out because our neighbors only got two- we were sold it like it was a package that you had to get. But we like the panel, the phone app, the cameras, etc.
