The installer was outstanding
The installer was outstanding. I am on Oxygen and have some physical difficulties. He understood and was very gracious in terms of explaining everything to me. A sales person was also very diligent and when I text him with a question, he responded right away.

The sales rep explained the entire system and I did not feel pressured to purchase anything. He also stopped by a few days after the install to make sure we were satisfied with our system and knew how to use it.

The salesman Bryce from the start of me inquiring about service explained everything clearly about the company and service. Eric the serviceman that installed my system was professional and provided exceptional customer service. Had a minor delay in previous scheduled installation day, but the schedule department reached out immediately to inform me and rescheduled me within a 2 day time frame.

The installation couldn’t have gone better!! They not installed the new cameras but took time to teach us how to use them but explained how to optimise cameras for searching activity, best settings for away vs at home, all the stupid questions that rookies ask and not once did they us make us feel like they didn’t have time to walk us through the setup and use. I highly recommend to any potential customers, especially first time security purchasers.

My rep was honest trustworthy and professional and I can tell he loves his job.
