I really enjoy having the ‘Deter’ feature on the doorbell. The first day it was installed, it actually deterred a gentleman from my door. My technician (Shemar) was very informative and patient with me and my questions. So far, I am pleased!

Dan, did an excellent job going over the specs. He continued to follow up on how the job was progressing. Mario was diligent with the installation in a difficult environment of shiplap walls which required finding a means to wire as well as establishing a signal through 1/2" thick old wood.

He had a hard time getting things to…
He had a hard time getting things to connect and finished , had to call back next day because camera offline and had to send a repairman out to try and get it back on, well that took some time and he fixed the problem, however I noticed the motion detector is not functioning correctly. I’m not sure what’s going on with Vivint
