My installer, August, explained clearly & succinctly each product he planned to install & to be sure it was what I wanted. He was also technically very knowledgeable & wasted neither time nor words in completing his work. I had canceled our earlier contract because of rising costs and poor customer service. The young men that came to our home under the new Vivint management were respectful, informative, attentive, and professional.
