Robert was awesome ! He was on time very polite easy to talk to you which makes it a lot better to deal with he was very informative he was quick cleaned up very throughly and I plan on adding more cameras soon and would prefer Robert to be the one to do it and if I recommend you guys to friends I would tell them he is the guy you want

The service representative was not…
The service representative was not forthcoming about all the charges. For example, the overall price of the products in service. I was very disappointed even though he gave me some discounts on starting the service. I got two months free up front with no contract, due to my hesitation. I'm not sure if I have a contract when it begins or even if I what's told the truth. I have a lot of paperwork to read through. I sort of wish everything was just explained upfront and was honest.
The technician it was very thorough in communicated when necessary.
I'm a little hesitant, it's about keeping the service in products.

My representative
My representative, Chris, was great. He didn't push. Answered all of my questions. He even played with my grandkids who were visiting.
The system is easy to use and understand. I am able to call if I have any questions and I love the fact that there are technicians local that can assist quickly, should I need it. I can also call if I just have a question about how to change my view on the screen or anything else.

Customer service has been good so far, we are still new customers. Representatives have called and acted swiftly and are always kind and professional when I speak to them. Monthly service charges are also affordable for all that is included. Definitely recommend!
