I was using another service but when I saw how Vivant had a better product ,the team worked with to no end to swap alarm service and to help cancel them. The installer tech came as scheduled and replaced the alarm system. My wife likes the new style screen and the "whistle "door unit.

We had a problem with our driveway camera, well it wasn't the camera, seems our 180lbs great Dane George did a burm shot on our sectional sofa and in doing so he unplugged the power plug. So we are exstatic with our system.
