Elizabeth Syles is great!!!
Working with Elizabeth Syles initially was great - she answered all out questions and got us setup properly. Ahe was also available when the installation tech was at our house and worked through things with him. The installation tech did a great job, we had a time by which we needed to leave and he got done in time for us.

The installers were professional and quick
The installers were professional and fast. Once the paperwork was out of the way they were able to the system up and running quickly. My only demure is that they did not want use any of the old gear that I had so I am left with Brinks window sensors and other sensors and two control panels that do nothing.

Overall very good experience from sale to install
Very impressed with the quality of the products used. The sales person interaction was very good. Answered all my questions, not overly pushy. Installation team was professional, demonstrated care with how they installed equipment so it was clean and orderly. Explained everything well.

THE BEST SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT
EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH, EVERY SINGLE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS CURTIOUS, AND PROFESSIONAL. THE EQUIPMENT IS FABULOUS AND WORKS GREAT. THE MONITORING VIDEOS ARE VERY CLEAR AND VIVID. IT COST A BIT MORE THAN CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM BUT WELL WORTH THE $$$$

The Sales person Devyn was awesome
The Sales person Devyn was awesome. The installer not so much. She left messes behind after installing equipment and didn't clean up after herself. I find this very unprofessional.

It was great! Brian could sell you anything I just wish I could’ve afforded to se it up the way I need it. His worker who installed Dan was very good at what he does. He even moved a camera because it was not right for us. No complaints either he just did it.
