Michael my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was informative and helpful without being pushy and he made sure I understood how to use the system. He was flexible with his busy schedule to make sure we had a time that worked for me and I appreciate his adaptability and making me feel like a priority customer.

Install technicians were great. Support is clearly through and Asian based call center. They are not real helpful and hard to understand. Have made several calls with limited resolution to problems.

It was great! Brian could sell you anything I just wish I could’ve afforded to se it up the way I need it. His worker who installed Dan was very good at what he does. He even moved a camera because it was not right for us. No complaints either he just did it.
