The cameras around my house picks up…
The cameras around my house picks up everything and I love it. The zoom in is clear, the lights are bright on the cameras , even at night it’s clear. My ring cameras are excellent. The talking is clear no static, I love it. Along with other security features that I have….I really appreciate my 2 coworkers for recommending me to Vivant. 💯% satisfied❗️And not to mention the technician was so professional and helpful. He set up my security system to my phone, helped me rename my camera and showed me other features with the system. Giuliano was awesome….he didn’t leave until he knew everything was up and running and I was completely comfortable with the system.

The installer ... I think the actual installation process was carried out correctly but we were in the dark of how each component of the system operated because we were never instructed on how to use them. You can't just put new equipment in a homeowner's house that they are unfamiliar with and then tell them "I really gotta go now". That's unacceptable.
But, fortunately for us, the sales person returned after being contacted by us and helped to explain the basics of the system.
Otherwise, we are currently satisfied with our purchase.
Our Customer Service experience by phone & chat was satisfactory also.

I am really liking this security service so far. It's simple enough to use. Really liking the keypad door lock and how that turns the alarm off for me if I set it to do so. The staff I interacted with were kind and didn't take a lot of my time.
