Trevor was great with getting everything installed. He was very thorough. He went over everything explained how the equipment is to be used and answered all my questions. When he had to come back out, he called my mom. I let him know that I work 3 12 hour shifts he even worked with my mom who is handicap how to use the equipment.

Great company! Great Product! I've been impressed with the quality of the cameras and the customer service. Our tech, Jason, was WONDERFUL! He answered all our questions, made sure we knew how to work our system, and helped in every way. Then 10 days after our purchase, one of the staff called us to make sure everything was well and our questions were answered. Excellent!!

I am NOT happy with my Vivint…
I am NOT happy with my Vivint experience. The service tech who was sent to my home had a LOUSY attitude and he shorted out my recliner by plugging in the doorbell camera without checking to see if the outlet could handle it. Now I have no clue what to do. The sales rep who came told me that he doesn't know how to fix it...this is very POOR customer relations and I will NOT recommend you to anyone that I know.

We experienced a great presentation and boom we were having system installed. It would have been nice to have a run through a couple of times to make sure we understood the power of the system. Unfortunately, we did test the system and the police called!! All in all, we are satisfied this system will provide us with good security and ability to get quick response if needed.

From the sales process to installation Vivent was extremely professional. Highly reccomend them.
Honesty about the product
Trevor answered my questions honestly. He informed me what the security system can and cannot do. He clarified any misconceptions I had about the system and what was the best protection for my home. He did not try to oversell, but installed only what I needed.
