Great service
Great service. Came knocking, and I was mad because I'd just finished shopping and needed to put grocerys away. However, Im glad they stayed! It was a super easy process and we got same day set up. Today my dummy hubby went to gym and set alarm off. Police came and vivint handled everything with false alarm.. great service all around

I received great service from my initial contact with Vivint to the completion of the installation project. The sales representative explained in detail the products I was interest in buying and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The installation expert arrived on time; explained everything that was required and walked us through the operational details. He was very professional and courteous. A true gentleman. So far the product is working as we expected.

My technician, Damien, was the best part of my experience. He was veey helpful with helping me understand what I was getting and offered suggestions. More importantly, he was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and precise. The installation was flawless and he left everything as he found it. He even cleaned up behind a previous tech who had been in my home for something else. I would highly recommend Damien.

The installation of the equipment was done quickly. The equipment seems to be working with the these exceptions:
Glass-break detector (No glass-breaking incidents)
Panic Pendant (No instructions on its use or range)
Firefighter alarm (No fire or CO incidents to test)
Chime Extender (Was never shown the equipment. No instructions given.)

From the beginning of the representative showing my wife and I how to work the system before we decided to purchase, to the end of installing the system they were very professional. We also had the pleasure to chat online with an agent who went above and beyond to assist with getting our system back up and running after we had changed to a new Wi-Fi Company. Everything is running fine and we truly enjoy our Security System.

Non supported items
I was told two items I already had could be integrated with the vivint system, ECOBEE thermostat and kwikset lock. The version of kwikset lock I have is not supported by vivint. The ECOBEE thermostat needed to be replaced with Vivints thermostat, which declined l. Since I have two remote ECOBEE sensors that I use to balance the temperature between levels.

Installers and salesman were efficient and nice. The only issue is that the locks sometimes get jammed when you try to lock them remotely or arm from your phone or the panel. All other components work very well. Cameras are very clear.

The salesperson, Jeffrey, was informative and knowledgable, the crew that installed everything were extremely fast and professional. Everything was installed quickly and running perfectly. It was the complete opposite of our experience with ADT!
