Where’s the tech?
I love my cameras, but one of them has stopped working and when I reached out, they said a tech would be notified. That was two days ago so I still have a camera that’s down.

I really like the product and service
I really like the product and service. I do wish I knew that I didn't have to get 4 cameras and I could just get two on the outside; I would have only got two and saved money. I don't need the two on the sides of the house. I feel like that was a waste of money for sure. I only found out because our neighbors only got two- we were sold it like it was a package that you had to get. But we like the panel, the phone app, the cameras, etc.

Schedule was made and it was timely, system works easy without door recognition alarms going off.so far pleased.
Friendly, quick, but a bit messy
The marketing person, Khalil, going door to door was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician came a few hours great, so the service time was good. However the install took a while (~2 hours; the technician didn't leave until 10pm), the technician left behind trash, a screwdriver, and some small screws that my cat almost swallowed. The tech itself is working well, aside from the mobile app that has trouble keeping up to date with current security settings.

Vivint for the win.
Pretty easy sales options, and straight-forward. The original price option I got from "corporate" was a bit exorbitant and misleading. Blerim came to my home, and gave me more price options and accessories I could use.
Great overall service!
The salesmen were great! Straight to the point and very well spoken and knowledgeable. App is responsive and easy to use, and the cameras are high fidelity despite being a wide viewing angle.
