Great techs and sales people

Gio was so understanding and patient. He was informative and explained everything so well. He is really great. The system is easy to work and I like it much better than my previous system from adt. Has it not been for Michael and his partner I wouldn’t have gone with Vivint because someone told me they thought they were too expensive and well they were wrong. Vivint Home Security Customer Service Review

I have been a Vivint Home Security customer for about 1 year and have been very satisfied with the reliability of the system. I called customer service today to order a new yard sign since our original sign was damaged by our yard service. I spoke to Joy who was very courteous & professional. She verified my identity then obtained the order information for the sign. After ordering the sign she sent by email a verification of the order and explained about how long it would take to receive it. I was impressed with Joy and pleased with this interaction with Vivint Customer Service.
