Convincing young salesmen
I don’t usually open my door to strangers, but the two young men who knocked on my door got me. They were very kind and professional. As someone who lives alone, I was interested in the products they were selling to protect my home. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that it was really off-putting for Vivint salespeople to show up at 8 p.m. Then, incredibly, the installer came later that evening. It was really bizarre, but thankfully it worked out well.

Salesman was polite
Salesman was polite. Friendly. Explained process. Felt I was rushed into making a decision but understood that I could change my mind after see if I liked the system. Service tech arrived almost immediately after I signed the contract. System install. Didn’t realize that it had to be set up on my outdated phone until afterwards. Took 2 days to get a new phone and app set up. Salesman came back and showed me how use system.

Wonderful Job
My experience was wonderful. He explained everything in regular terms so I can understand them. It recently worked real good it deterred my soon to be ex-husband and his friends from doing anything. Im very impressed with the system. Big shout out to Austyn Coddington for a wonderful job with everything.

The guarantee customer satisfaction…
The guarantee customer satisfaction with the overall service. Noah Jenson was very helpful during the process and he was well aware of the product and service itself. The service installed by the technician was a plus knowing that I wasn't sure of the drilling into my walls but it worked out great. The technician was calm and understanding to my needs concerning placement of devices. I don't remember the Technician name but he's a kind spirit guy and I would definitely recommend him and the installed service by the company. Both Noah Jenson and the Technician made the experience a wonderful one and I'm definitely enjoying the service from Vivint.

Installer was great and he did a wonderful job. He did state that he was new which could have contributed to the problems that we have. We can't set the alarm and leave it sets it off, we can't come in and turn it off it sets it off, he said he'd come back with a stand for our panel and he hasn't yet (going on 3 weeks) and I can't get my phone to notify me when someone is in camera range

Terrible the salesman Cody Bowes lied…
Terrible the salesman Cody Bowes lied to our whole neighborhood about equipment being completely free as long as we let they place a sign in our yard. Fraudulently ran my credit with me knowing by telling me to pay a one time today install fee of $3.69. But really he was applying for credit and opening a line of credit for the equipment (1,499.98) while talking to us. We had no idea. With the debit card that I paid the $3.69 fee with for the payment. Then Vivint couldn’t even talk with me to verify acct or anything bc Saleman also gave false information to company so they couldn’t not verify me. He made a verbal passcode then didn’t answer his phone to us any longer from his phone number provided us. Then I have had to ask to talk to multiple supervisor before issue was heard. They are supposed to be coming to get their equipment and canceling loan. But the inquiry will still be on my credit along with a closed acct once they pick up equipment. Not happy and will never suggest this company to anyone bc they didn’t fix the issue! They also tried to charge me to cancel for the fraud they allowed to happen. Ridiculous!!
