Vivant does not disappoint
Daughter was able to be at our second when tech came to install our Home Security System. She was very pleased with the install.

The representatives that I’ve talked with have been wonderful! Enrique Valdez, Joaquin and Tabitha. I needed a little extra help after the install and J and T were so helpful and they were so prompt getting back to me.
So far, so good!
So far, I have had a good experience with customer service and I appreciated the diligence of the installer, his product knowledge and his attention to detail.

Fast and reasonable
I was sad that the got a thermostat in my bundle and it isn’t compatible with my house but they wouldn’t switch it out for anything else even things that were priced cheaper. That is vivints bad, but my tech was awesome.

Our installer was amazing
Our installer was amazing. He was very kind and meticulous in his work. There was issues with one of our cameras and the garage door connections and he stayed very late trying to get it all figured out. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to get it taken care of that day but will get us rescheduled.

Bryan went above and beyond the call of duty. He even came to fix our system on his vacation with his family. He took his personal time to complete the set up of our security system. I wouldn't have asked that of anyone, but he volunteered. That rates a 10 star if you had that high!!!

Installation was fast and clean. The installer was very courteous and polite and very instructive on how to operate the system. I had previously been with VIVANT moved to a different location and I’m glad I am still with VIVANT. Prior to that I was with ADT. VIVANT outshines ADT, 1000 to 1.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY POLITE-GLADYS CHILDD
THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT, ORGANIZED AND QUICK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT I FAILED TO WRITE THE CODE NUMBER DOWN TO SHUT OFF THE ALARM AND MY GRANDAUGHTER CAME IN WHILE THE ALARM WAS ON AND THE ALARM WENT OFF. NOW I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, WITH NO RESULTS OR YOU COULD EMAIL ME THE NUMBER AND HOW I CAN CHANGE IT TO A MY OWN CODE. OH YES ANOTHER THING. I LOVED GIVING YOU ALL A RATING ! ONCE BUT NOT A HALF A DOZEN TIMES.

Vivint Review
For the most part, The equipment works pretty well. My thermostate still seems to have a mind of its own and keeps changing the temperature randemly during the day. I also can't seem to get the recording box (the "monkey"?) to operate. It would be a GREAT help if I had a written manual on how to operate/set my equipment.

My salesman was thorough and patient, as he went over all the details a couple of times. The installer was, likewise, very cordial and helpful when he installed our new security system.

If I could give Stephen 11 stars
If it would let me give Stephen 11 stars, I would. Not only did he install our home security system flawlessly, but he somehow managed to do it while making us laugh the entire time. Who knew getting cameras and alarms could double as a stand-up comedy show?
He explained everything in plain English (instead of “tech wizard speak”), and now even my grandma could arm the system without accidentally calling in the SWAT team. He was on time, professional, and somehow made wires and sensors feel like magic.
Bottom line: if you want your house secure, your neighbors jealous, and your belly sore from laughing, call Stephen. He’s the James Bond of home security—minus the British accent but with way better jokes.
