The staff Jose Diaz who evaluated and installed the equipment I needed - I rate 5 stars. He explained the equipment to me and was very professional. Jose walked me through the installation process and he did a great job. I recommended him to my best friend Lillian who recently changed her alarm system from ADT to Vivint . Jose did the eval and installation at her home as well. I’m rating the experience 4 stars because the agent I spoke with on the phone was not clear that I will be billed separately- for the financing ( installation and equipment) with bread and for Vivint monitoring - the paperwork shows one monthly payment.Also I had an unexpected charge of $400 from Vivint and I called customer service and I received info re the seperate billing and recent charge. They have great equipment and Jose did a wonderful job my experience would have been 5 stars if the agent I scheduled with was transparent .

Tyson was very knowledgeable and was of good help. The young guy that did the installation was very respectful, and the wiring was done neat. So far everything working well. One instances, the alarm went off and we were notified quickly, great job.

Darwin was very helpful with the whole process and dealing with customer service after adding some newer products that I wasn’t planning on having to replace. Due to his handling of the whole service call and making me feel comfortable I decided to go ahead with the system, I would have not done so otherwise.
