My tech was amazing he explained everything that I was getting and explained and showed me how to work it and made sure I was good with camera positioning he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and correctly and he was very nice and helpful I would rate him a 1000 if I could

Our installer was amazing
Our installer was amazing. He was very kind and meticulous in his work. There was issues with one of our cameras and the garage door connections and he stayed very late trying to get it all figured out. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to get it taken care of that day but will get us rescheduled.
