My experience was very good. It went great. Thomas was very good at what he does. He sat down with me. He he showed me everything. It just went very well. I’m very happy very pleased the lady on the phone. She was wonderful trying to get me financing trying to get me taken care of. I had a very good experience. Thank you so much.

The good,bad,full experience
It was a good experience but there were a few things that I didn't like. The salesman is very aggressive, and I'm sure he is taught to be. The way he slides in that he wants to do a credit check like it's nothing,after we just made a large purchase wasnt to my liking either. Now the main issue was the tech. He needs to slow down! He also was quite musty,and I'm being nice about it. He knows his work but he moves wayy to fast around a strangers house. The system has worked great soo far.

Carlos was great, he listened intently, and every excuse I made to postpone the event, he countered with a reasonable resolution, I very seldom make decisions without my wife’s input but Carlos was very convincing, and a pleasure to work with 😃👍

Quick Installation and Quality Components
The technician arrived within the time frame set to do the work. It would have been flawless if the fragments of drywall and would have been trimmed and cleaned up afterwards. I have a service call at the moment with detection zone difficulties.

I simply love it
I simply love it. If I have any issues I call the representative Jay,and he is immediately on it. I have had the ring but I like knowing that the house is more secure,also with the sensors. The ring battery keeps needing recharging. I don't have to worry about this system. As of right now,I don't see anything the company can do. I am still getting familiar with it

Great service. Came knocking, and I was mad because I'd just finished shopping and needed to put grocerys away. However, Im glad they stayed! It was a super easy process and we got same day set up. Today my dummy hubby went to gym and set alarm off. Police came and vivint handled everything with false alarm.. great service all around
