I had an amazing experience working with Adrian from Vivint! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the right system for my needs.
He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Adrian went above and beyond to make the entire process easy and stress-free.
You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. I’m extremely happy with my Vivint system and especially grateful for Adrian’s help.

Hands down they're awesome
I've used two different security services before vivint and I can honestly say it's like night and day. The equipment is awesome and so were my installers. I did have a problem after a power outage and they worked to get my problem resolved. Bottom line I highly recommend them.

Brandon made our experience amazing!!! He was great with explaining all the equipment, how to use it, and what each item does. He helped us figure out placement and was just overall great with getting exactly what we need, without pushing unnecessary items onto us. He was so friendly and personable, without losing his professionalism. I highly recommend trying them out!!!

Salesman Steve was pleasant and polite. His tech worked late, to ensure our new cameras were installed correctly. We greatly appreciated that. The only reason 5 stars wasn't given, was due to assurance that a sensor problem would be corrected, and wasn't for 3days. Because the sensor was faulty, we could not manually set the alarm, nor use it on "Stay" mode. It was triggering a false alarm. Otherwise great cameras & easy to use app.

Everything that I was told by my Vivint rep was true. He has been over the top, above and beyond in his work ethic. Mitch Howard needs a raise! We love our new system and the old security system contract is gone!! In the middle of switching security systems, my grandson was in a horrific accident. Too many injuries to list. Mitch stepped in and helped me navigate cancelling my old contract and getting the payoff set up. I was overwhelmed at the time and he really helped this old lady out. I can’t thank him enough. I will highly recommend Vivint to anyone in the market!
