I will place a review based on a one week experience only. I had Vivint doorbell and one security camera installed on September 11, 2026. Our Tech did an excellent job. He was thorough in communication. He was also excellent in his tech expertise. His name is Diogo.

Hands down they're awesome

I've used two different security services before vivint and I can honestly say it's like night and day. The equipment is awesome and so were my installers. I did have a problem after a power outage and they worked to get my problem resolved. Bottom line I highly recommend them.

He helped us figure out placement and was just overall great with getting exactly what we need, without pushing unnecessary items onto us. He was so friendly and personable, without losing his professionalism. I highly recommend trying them out!!!

Salesman Steve was pleasant and polite. His tech worked late, to ensure our new cameras were installed correctly. We greatly appreciated that. The only reason 5 stars wasn't given, was due to assurance that a sensor problem would be corrected, and wasn't for 3days. Because the sensor was faulty, we could not manually set the alarm, nor use it on "Stay" mode. It was triggering a false alarm. Otherwise great cameras & easy to use app.
