Hayden was extremely knowledgeable with their company and service. He was thorough in explaining all the options they had and what the difference was with each.
He explained clearly about pricing and the break down to ensure we know exactly what we would be paying and all the benefits. He never once pressured us into signing up he let us decide with the information if we wanted the service or not and listened to all our questions and concerns while answering them all honestly. He has an amazing team as well. He got us signed up while continuing to chat with us and had someone the same day get everything hooked up it was a easy and fast process and we have been loving our system since. It brings me peace of mind knowing my home and family are protected by Vivint.

A good vivint experience
The vivint representative was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. He eager and effectively answered all of pur questions woth no run arounds. The tech who installed was quick and efficient. After installation, he explained how the equipment worked and got my husband and I both set up with an understanding of how to use everything.

Great Overview of System/Knowledgeable and Efficent Installers.
First and foremost, ED the staff whom I met with first, was very patient and understanding. Also, Thank you for sending Henry the installer. He worked more than three (3) hours to get the system configurated and all parts installed. He even sold an additional element for the backyard once he arrived at the house and saw the 1/2 acre backyard that needed coverage. He is a great representative for Vivint.

Presentation of products was great. Charlie was knowledgeable, patient and fun. He worked to make sure we understood what we needed and what we didn't, and that we could operate within our budget.
Installation mostly went well. All the products were put in seamlessly and everything works fine, but a small mess of sawdust and boxes was left behind, and no one came to clean that up or leave a Vivint sign for our yard.
