The sales person was helpful. The installer ... I think the actual installation process was carried out correctly but we were in the dark of how each component of the system operated because we were never instructed on how to use them. You can't just put new equipment in a homeowner's house that they are unfamiliar with and then tell them "I really gotta go now". That's unacceptable. But, fortunately for us, the sales person returned after being contacted by us and helped to explain the basics of the system. Otherwise, we are currently satisfied with our purchase. Our Customer Service experience by phone & chat was satisfactory also.

Really liking this service
I am really liking this security service so far. It's simple enough to use. Really liking the keypad door lock and how that turns the alarm off for me if I set it to do so. The staff I interacted with were kind and didn't take a lot of my time.

Trevor was great with getting everything installed. He was very thorough. He went over everything explained how the equipment is to be used and answered all my questions. When he had to come back out, he called my mom. I let him know that I work 3 12 hour shifts he even worked with my mom who is handicap how to use the equipment.

The vivint representative was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. He eager and effectively answered all of pur questions woth no run arounds.
