He had a hard time getting things to…
He had a hard time getting things to connect and finished , had to call back next day because camera offline and had to send a repairman out to try and get it back on, well that took some time and he fixed the problem, however I noticed the motion detector is not functioning correctly. I’m not sure what’s going on with Vivint

We had a false alarm
We had a false alarm. My mom immediately disarmed the system and you guys sent a message saying that you were aware of the system being disarmed within 30seconds. Therefore you did not call but did send a text message. In hindsight; I do think a phone call to the homeowner would be nice and reassuring to my 83 yr old mom that you guys are aware and watching. She does not text or us the internet.

The Best Experience
The technician, Tim, that came to my house, walked me through my house and we came up with a plan. He asked what i wanted from the system, where i had some concerns and took the time to make sure i was getting what i wanted and not just pushed to buy more things i didnt need. I got the basic system for now. I plan to add at least two more cameras in the near future. one for in my barn for livestock and the other to keep an eye on the back yard. He did such a great job with the install making sure it looked clean and how i wanted it before he put in the equipment. We are about a week into the system and it is great i love it so far. it brings peace of mind

When I received y’all service I never received my Vivint sigfor outside and I refurred 2 customers and I never received the refurrel fee for them I have called several times about the situation so I had to order two yard signs

Bradley installed my system. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and planning on doing. Very patient with my questions. We had a bump during setting up the extender but that was on my end. My email was not taking my password, I got locked out and yes, the delay was due to something out of his control.
