Friendly and expert tech
Friendly and expert tech. Only complaint is temperature controller not wired to turn on when approached and running off batteries, not powered with current.
The Best Experience
The technician, Tim, that came to my house, walked me through my house and we came up with a plan.
He asked what i wanted from the system, where i had some concerns and took the time to make sure i was getting what i wanted and not just pushed to buy more things i didnt need.
I got the basic system for now. I plan to add at least two more cameras in the near future. one for in my barn for livestock and the other to keep an eye on the back yard.
He did such a great job with the install making sure it looked clean and how i wanted it before he put in the equipment.
We are about a week into the system and it is great i love it so far. it brings peace of mind

Installation tech was geat
Bradley installed my system. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and planning on doing. Very patient with my questions. We had a bump during setting up the extender but that was on my end. My email was not taking my password, I got locked out and yes, the delay was due to something out of his control.

Great Experience
The experience was great, from the customer service rep explaining in detail what I needed and provided options to get me everything. The technician who came out and set everything up, cameras, contacts for all the windows and doors and setup the garage door as well. He explained how everything worked and he was very patient with me, and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with my security system and everyone at Vivint!!!!

I’ve enjoyed the ability to lock and unlock my doors from my phone as I am in a wheelchair and fumbling for my keys can prove to be difficult at times
