Good installer = good experience
My installer, August, explained clearly & succinctly each product he planned to install & to be sure it was what I wanted. He was also technically very knowledgeable & wasted neither time nor words in completing his work. Improved Everything
I had canceled our earlier contract because of rising costs and poor customer service. The young men that came to our home under the new Vivint management were respectful, informative, attentive, and professional. Hopefully, they are indicative of positive changes at Vivint, because we do appreciate the home security service offered by the company.
