The representative explained the details except for the breakdown of the payment for each equipment. We were just told that it is to be paid (equipment) within 60 months and the monitoring fee is separate.
As for the techs that installed the equipment, they were good except that they left dirt on the floor and I have to clean it. They also were not wearing shoe covers and were walking on my cream colored rug with their shoes.

Sales reps and installer were great.
Sales reps and installer were wonderful. The issue is that because I have a high credit score I qualified through bread for a soft pull not hitting my credit. Bread asked me to contact them for further information even though I was approved. During that time, somehow your company ran it through the other finance company and did a hard pull on my credit reducing my score. Seems like you guys are greedy and couldn’t wait a couple more minutes for the other approval to confirm just so you can get an on the spot sale. System is flawed.

If you are speaking about my Uninstall by Jesus, that was great 'very friendly.
In regard to your salesman and set up to system, that was terrible. He gave the quote and before i could think about it, it was being installed. The price was too expensive, Cancelling the system was a troublesome ordeal, having to speak to three persons before i could get a date for my cancellation, Plus i don't want to be charged for any expense,becaus I cancelled the next day. I just hope there is no retaliation on your part. this experience caused me much anxiety and restless nights
