Polite and respectful, he explained stuff I didn’t understand in such a way it was easy for me to switch to this company with no regrets, he follows up check in, the Tec was just as amazing.

New home security system
We recently had our security system, cameras, and smart locks installed by Vivint and had a great experience from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how everything works. The installation was clean and efficient, and the system itself is easy to use with clear video quality and seamless app control. The smart locks integrate smoothly with the rest of the system, which gives us added convenience and peace of mind. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and the added security for our home.
