The hard ware works well. I had a lot of trouble with the soft ware. The chat room was not very helpful. They seemed to have only one algorithm. Brandon Smith, the sales associate said I could call him anytime and
he helped me get Braxton, a local repairman to come to my home and solve my problems. The system now is working well.

Great People - Good Product
The installer was professional and knowledgable, I would give him 5 stars. The doorbell detection zone is just okay, too small. I have tried to extend the zone beyond the doorstep out toward the driveway, but movement is still not detected there.
