The guy that come out and installed it was absolutely great it explaining my equipment to me he showed me how to use it and I actually had to use it the very same day someone kicked in my back door right after having it installed and you all called the police it was great thank you I'm so glad I made this choice

Where were the window sensors placed
Everything was good except I don’t know where they put the window sensors,Other than that everything seems to be okay.Did the sales representative tell them I don’t know.

The installer and the salesman both…
The installer and the salesman both checked with us the next day to make sure everything was running OK. Most companies don’t do that.

Great sales and installation team!
John was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that my wife and I had. He also setup the installation for later that day and it was completed by the next day. The installer, Landen, was also great and quickly installed the system, and came back the next day to setup the rest of the system during the daylight. Both great guys!

Installer was great and he did a wonderful job. He did state that he was new which could have contributed to the problems that we have. We can't set the alarm and leave it sets it off, we can't come in and turn it off it sets it off, he said he'd come back with a stand for our panel and he hasn't yet (going on 3 weeks) and I can't get my phone to notify me when someone is in camera range

Nano was great! He was very friendly and helpful. They came that night and put it in. It was a little late and couldve been scheduled another day cuz my granddaughter was going to bed but I just let him put it in anyway. Customer service helped me when I had any questions. I also texted Nano for some assistance and he was nice enough to help. I would say the only thing about my experience would be that he tried to trick me into getting stuff that he made sound like a deal but it really wasnt and I picked up on that. I did buy somethings but left out the cameras cuz I already have my own.

Only problem is the driveway Camara and sensor hasn't worked since about the third day after installation. Other than that everything is great, oh and the salesman stated we wouldn't be charged for anything as we were chosen to receive system due to our capabilities to share with neighbors about our new system.

They were very professional and respectful. They explained the service and what they would be doing. They explained the different pay plan for my budget. After everything was explained and I agreed to the service, the equipment was scheduled and installed within a few hours. First if all, Zack our salesman was very courteous and respectful and willing to go the extra mile with us to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our new system, from the installation, making sure we understood how it worked, to setting it up on our phones, to coming by for a few extra days to see if we had any concerns or other questions!!
