I want to submit a review for my rep whose name is Ben,My Vivint sales rep,Ben deserves a medal, a parade and possibly a federal holiday. At just 19 years old, he approached my existing security system (a genuine artifact from the Regan era with the calm bravery of a young hero defusing machinery from the Cold War. After 20 years with my old company and an iron clad contract that felt carved in stone tablets he informed me of Vivints buy out option. Switching systems at 72 felt daunting I wanted a security system, not a NASA internship. But then Ben walked in calm as a surgeon and patient enough to teach a cat algebra. He explained everything clearly that I relaxed. I trusted him immediately. He even shared a bit about his life and naturally I reminded him to save his money and gave him dating advice-because Im a grandma and dispensing wisdom is literally part of my job description. And then, (this is the part that truly impressed me) he came back on his own a few days after Cam did the install just to make sure I knew how to operate the system. Who does that at 19? At one point I almost asked if he could renegotiate my mortgage, recalibrate my pacemaker or rotate my tires, honestly he gave off that vibe that he could do all of that before lunch and still be early for his next appointment. Ben was professional, respectful and kind. If this is how he is starting his career, hes going to go far. Five stars for turning this harrowing upgrade into something painless and unexpectedly enjoyable. Fee free to use my review for training purposes, or better yet press 1 for the future CEO : Ben.

The rep who stopped by and talked me was not pushy but was very informative and friendly. I decided to have it done that same day and he actually had a technician locally and he called him and it was installed the same day. Both knew the system in and out and were very helpful in showing me how to use the system.

RB took his time setting up the equipment and also took the time to explain how the system works. He walked me through the steps of setting it and then disarming it. He made sure that everything worked properly before he left and was ready to answer any questions that I had. He gave me his phone number to contact him if I had any problems or questions about the system that I couldn’t figure out. I’d recommend your company to anyone who asked me about you.
