I am just so impressed with the products, especially the doorbell camera. My old camera's notifications were so slow that if anyone was at the door I wouldn't know until they left. This new system is instantaneous in letting me know, not to mention the security I have for the rest of the house, including the driveway camera. I'm extremely satisfied.

I recently had a home security system installed, and the entire process was top-notch from start to finish!
Sales Experience: Logan was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain all the options without any high-pressure sales tactics. He made sure I got the exact setup that fit my needs and budget.
Installation: Josiah and his co-worker I can't recall his name handled the setup and did an incredible job. They were both professional, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, made sure everything was cleanly wired and positioned, and walked me through how to use the entire system before leaving.
If you're looking for a security system with exceptional customer service and flawless installation, ask for Logan and Josiah. Highly recommend!

Customer service has been good so far, we are still new customers. Representatives have called and acted swiftly and are always kind and professional when I speak to them. Monthly service charges are also affordable for all that is included. Definitely recommend!

Johnathan was my technician and he was on time, very knowledgeable, patient and customer ready or friendly. He ensured everything was operating or functioning properly before leaving, too. In addition, he provided helpful instruction on how the "how to's" if additional support was needed. I now have him in my contacts for any future support services I may need at a later date. The sales representative explained in detail the products I was interest in buying and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. The installation expert arrived on time; explained everything that was required and walked us through the operational details. He was very professional and courteous. A true gentleman. So far the product is working as we expected.
