Day 2 called in for info needed and they could only pull up PART of what I paid for and said there wasn’t 2 orders done ! I paid over $7000 they should have been able to locate the whole damn order

The initial contact was a very polite young man who was able to provide answers to my questions. The tech who installed the updates was again polite but made all changes and upgrades in a fairly short length of time while explaining what those changes and upgrades would provide and how best to use them.
