The salesperson was very nice
The salesperson was very nice. The installation was a bit bumpy, but it eventually worked out. They were very responsive.
Amazing customer service
The technician that came to install the hardware was very professional and friendly. He made me feel like I was making the right choice by choosing vivint. He also got it all done faster than expected even despite the setbacks we had along the way!

Day 2 called in for info needed and they could only pull up PART of what I paid for and said there wasn’t 2 orders done ! I paid over $7000 they should have been able to locate the whole damn order

The tech who installed the updates was again polite but made all changes and upgrades in a fairly short length of time while explaining what those changes and upgrades would provide and how best to use them.
