The sales person was helpful.
The installer ... I think the actual installation process was carried out correctly but we were in the dark of how each component of the system operated because we were never instructed on how to use them. You can't just put new equipment in a homeowner's house that they are unfamiliar with and then tell them "I really gotta go now". That's unacceptable.
But, fortunately for us, the sales person returned after being contacted by us and helped to explain the basics of the system.
Otherwise, we are currently satisfied with our purchase.
Our Customer Service experience by phone & chat was satisfactory also.

Kirk is the 1st person to give us a date for a Technician to remove our Vivint System & replace with our ADT system. Vivint’s Rep figured on a 3-yr payout & it turned out to be a 5- yr payout. Payoff not feasible; therefore we have to have Vivint removed & re-install our ADT. Thanks for your assistance, Kirk!
