Satisfied and Excited with our new Vivint System.
The salesperson Hunter was very polite and patient. Hunter told me about the company, product and service. I was convinced to try the service for 60 days and see if I like it, got my new system installed the same day. The technician that installed the system was very professional, walked me through the installation process, explained the best option to my wife as well. Completed the installation in timely manner. My wife and I are satisfied and excited with our new system and its options.

An even asked me if I was religious cause of the crosses an few other things he seen in my house an asked to pray with me in my kitchen an we did an it meant a lot to me also

The sales person was helpful.
The installer ... I think the actual installation process was carried out correctly but we were in the dark of how each component of the system operated because we were never instructed on how to use them. You can't just put new equipment in a homeowner's house that they are unfamiliar with and then tell them "I really gotta go now". That's unacceptable.
But, fortunately for us, the sales person returned after being contacted by us and helped to explain the basics of the system.
Otherwise, we are currently satisfied with our purchase.
Our Customer Service experience by phone & chat was satisfactory also.
