I recently experienced an incident that left me feeling unsafe in my own surroundings, and it made finding reliable home security a top priority.
I initially reached out to another provider—a very well-known household name—but became extremely frustrated with their customer service. I had to make multiple calls just to address the same issue, which was incredibly disappointing.
That’s when I decided to reach out to Vivint, and I honestly can’t say enough positive things about my experience from start to finish.
From Carlos, my sales representative, to Tristan, the installer, everyone was understanding, compassionate, and genuinely focused on helping me feel secure. They understood the urgency of my situation and worked to escalate the installation. I started the process on a Tuesday, and by Thursday, my system was fully installed.
I was traveling that weekend and wanted the peace of mind of knowing my home was secure while I was away, and Vivint made that happen.
I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and care that Carlos and Tristan showed throughout the entire process. I have NO hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vivint to anyone looking for a home security system. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m very grateful for their help!

My customer service call with Nahomi Campos lasted over 2 hours. Her expertise, knowledge and patience were extraordinary. Walked me through the troubleshooting step by step from beginning to end. Wound up needing new equipment. She setup shipping and return. I also ordered the Space Monkey and signed up for the monthly maintenance contract. Absolutely a 5-star experience. Thank you.
