I like vivint so far becuase it is easy to deal with the software. The team was nice and knowlegeable.
However, customers need to know that there are 1 front door camera, 3 door sensors, 1 thermostart and a motion sensor. You have to purchase the rest of the equipment.

It needs to come with two cameras for the price they're asking
It wasn't anything special just like any I'm a company they change a wire and explain it to you and then they leave but the most important part to me was the security cameras only come with one camera when I need two!!!!!! I asked for another camera and they told me $400 up front which was some BS to me

I ordered a MyQ smart garage door…
I ordered a MyQ smart garage door opener so I monitor and close my garage door if needed. I contacted Vivint support because the system isn't compatible with my garage door opener. Support quickly responded by priding a return shipping label.

Salesman was excellent... install guy was not the greatest. I wouldn't have known what we missed out on if I didn't get my brother and parents to also get the service. Installed the doorbell next to our old ring system instead of where it was... told me he was going to point the camera in a different direction and instead just drilled through our wall and put it above the door, missing one of the entry ways. Just a few questions would have prevented all of this. He also just handed us the monitor, my parents and brother had theirs installed in the wall... didn't know that was an option. The service itself is great, just wish we could have had a better install guy.
